Are the "NDC thieves"still in power?
Corruption is in the Ghanaian blood no matter who becomes the president.
Our police service turn blind eyes bcos if arrest are made it will tarnish the image of the party that appointed him so why do we still allow our presidents to appoint puppets who will not deliver?
Let IGP and regional police head be voted for by their peers, they know the most qualified ones amongst them for a 6yr term which will overlap a presidents term in office so they are liable to the country and not a party n its president.

The truth will come out.Already the cost was inflated so its a surprise that the work is not completed. The sale of the sand might have started long ago if the report is true.
