Retired,deceased and emigrated teachers and staff still drawing full pay from the government is astounding.A friend of mine who tried to inform GES of a deceased person whose monthly salary was still paid to his older brother was told that he was a wicked man for blowing the whistle.I had to get involved and threaten to alert the media before they assured me that the matter was going to be resolved.The Ghana Education Service is in a bad need for reform and until Napo decides to get his hands dirty nothing will change.

Under whose watch wss the payment made? Check the name of the director of the nss. Dr. Kpessah Whyte resigned even before the end of December,2016. So how can this also be Mahama?

The person who called him was definitely not employed during the short tenure of Nana Addo's administration. This person, the way the story goes, knows how the system operates, and must have been a long term employee, and surely, must be someone who was an employee during the Mahama administration. Even a primary school kid should realise that. The scam has been going on for a long time, and has overlapped into the current administration, without its knowledge. The complainant is drawing the attention of the current administration to the scam, so that it can take steps to stop it. Don't shift the blame.

They enrolled their criminal operatives on the governments payroll at the expense of the poor but hardworking Ghanaian employees, oh what a shame !. This is the reason why workers were not getting paid on time, sometimes for two years or more. Even Kwasi Pratt, Arku Gunn, Bobby Ansah, Alister Nelson and a host all these blah!!! blah !! blah! NDC stooges were illegally enjoying these largesse. Now Ghanaians should be ready for flimsy excuses that these crooks will use to stage demonstrations because they are EYE RED. In 1989, a similar offer was proposed to me by an officer in a district national service secretariat. His proposal was for me to sign monthly to collect half of the allawa for my optional second term national service. The remaining half was for 'them'. I had started the second term and stopped within the first month because I had gained admission into a tertiary institution. I thanked him for the proposal, but told him that even if I were given the full allawa, I was not interested. He left in disbelief!

God ll bless you,that's true when you report such a matter to the police they don't act.I remember a friend called me from the USA to complain that,he realized his Nigerian tenants was not paying electricity bills since he rented the place after one year through his rent agreement,so I should report to ECG to disconnect him,I kept going to ECG till I stoped because this people demanded money before the go,my couldn't understand why he has to pay money for the to save the very institution that pays them monthly,but that's ghana for you,many people need orientation and lectures on patriotism to function well.
