    Private Universities should fund their own programs. The Government of Ghana is struggling to fund public Universities as they are so it should not be burdened with the obligations of private Universities.

    They're usually good in the Management and Social Science Programs but weak in STEM because of the enormous investment required. Some are however pulling their weight. Google Ashesi.
