SOURCE: CLASSFMONLINE.COM --------- The Economic and Organised Crimes Office (EOCO) has asked Mr Ibrahim Mahama, brother of former President John Mahama, to pay GHC 12.7m to the state by May 8. The amount represents duty for goods he cleared at the Tema Port with 44 dud cheques in 2015, plus interest.

Yes you pay tax because you are a profit making organization. So, you pay taxes according to what you make. Public universities are not for profit.

TO BE ABLE TO PAY THE FEES OF THESE PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES STUDENTS, THE MINIMUM JOINT INCOME OF PARENTS MUST BE AT LEAST GHC 5,000 PER MONTH.

Private Universities should fund their own programs. The Government of Ghana is struggling to fund public Universities as they are so it should not be burdened with the obligations of private Universities.

much about SPORTS, but I will not
recommend that. ACADEMIC SIDE MUST
MOSTLY CONCERN when setting up
INSTITUTION OF LEARNING.

There are lot of the unperforming universty colleges in Ghana. The worse and useless of it all is MountCrest University College. The college has not been able to graduate a single student offering the science related programm ...

The college has not been able to graduate a single student offering the science related programmes. They dont even have records on students results. It is time the national accreditation board redraw their accreditation. Parents and individual should avoid buying admission forms from the school
