The Custom act does not allow the issuance of cheques in the clearance of goods/machinery. Bankers draft is what is permitted. So how come that Ibrahim issued 44 dud cheques to Customs in his transactions? Was it not because of his relation to John? If someone like Ibrahim defraud the state and is invited for questioning and Nyaho deems it as persecution, then one can conclude how 'SENSELESS' this grown up man who was made what he is by Kuffours' NPP is. Prior to the elections, we were all witnesses to the defamatory remarks that you made against Nana. All your toil for NDC failed 'cos Nana won the elections hands down. This is the belief held by many who come to his side, when issues had been raced against him in recent past. He is said to have made his fortune even before Kufuor's administration. So has been the refrain. So far, Ibrahim Mahama is the only Ghanaian who has a personal aircraft and uses same for his travels out of Ghana. The plane is kept in a hangar at the Air Force station in Accra. It is presumed, this service is not free. I believe, if the EOCO invitation and subsequent investigation of NDC functionaries were done under an NDC government, where an NPP member was invited for questioning, by now we would have seen NPP thugs (invincible Forces) besieging the premises of EOCO, vandalising state property, demanding the release of that member. What kind of primitive people are these? I chose NDC over NPP, because, NDCs are civilized people unlike the NPP who are very uncivilized and raw in character. Since the beginning of NPP administration, in January, EOCO has been inviting members of the NDC for questioning but the NDC as a party has remained calm without inciting their members to take to violence to demand release of those invited members.

Ibrahim Mahama, your nephew, had the audacity to pursue a blatantly ostentatious lifestyle, buying himself a luxurious private Jet in the midst of a difficult time for a Government Bank that he had borrowed from and wasn't paying back. Eventually, this Bank had to go bankrupt and be bought by some foreign entity. Don't you think that attitude called for a scrutiny of how Ibrahim managed his finances vis a vis his obligations to the State Institutions he fell upon for financial support?

We all know about how his private Plane was used to cart tons of Gold bars overseas only to be temporarily seized by the Government of Turkey. When people asked about that his answer was that the Plane was hired to do that task and that he had nothing to do with the content. Really?

Even so, did he register the Plane as a Commercial Cargo Plane, or even a Commercial Passenger Plane? Did Ibrahim ever care to know what the Plane was being used for? And if he knew of the Gold, did he ensure that the exportation of such a huge amount of Gold from Ghana had to be under proper legal processing?

Then, comes this issue with unpaid duties for imported items Ibrahim purchased from abroad. Many ordinary Citizens who had spent decades toiling overseas to buy vehicles to bring back home had their vehicles confiscated at our Ports for failure to pay up all the duties imposed. The Customs Officials would not even consider allowing the owners of the vehicles enter into any agreement to pay any unpaid portion of the heavy duties by installments.

But Ibrahim is said to have been allowed to evade total payment, even after having committed the additional crime of presenting a bounced check.

Didn't you, Nyaho, ever hear of any of these allegations before now? What did your nephew tell you as his side of those stories? And whatever his answer to you was, did you think he had nothing to answer to with the Justice Department?

Suspects have to be investigated first to establish whether or not they broke the Law. So, everyone of us, including you, Nyaho, and each of your family members, could be called for questioning by the EOCO and other State Authorities, if these State Agencies have reasons to suspect we have broken the Law.

You may well cite Kennedy Agyapong's recent assertion that he would do something extreme, if Ibrahim were never jailed. But that is beside the point. That should not obscure the natural necessity for interrogating Ibrahim for his past behavior. After all, this is only an attempt to find answers to stuff people allege he might have done wrong. If it turns out he is innocent, he would not be jailed. And Kennedy Agyapong could drag himself upon the Butcher's Meat mincing machine to be ground like corned beef, if he so wishes. But if Ibrahim is proven guilty beyond doubt, he would have to pay every applicable penalty, including jail term. No one is above the Law. Remember? Our Laws were not made to control the lives of only those who are common Citizens, so as to allow free range looting of State assets by a few privileged Citizens.

These are the questions a 5 year old is asking Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe, because the 5 year old is thinking about his free SHS after primary school and how it will be funded, if Ibrahim Mahama is not paying his import duties on equipment he imports.
The 5 year old says, if President Akuof Addo will collect every single pesewa form the likes of Ibrahim Mahama so he can go to SHS free, and because of that, Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe says he's vindictive, then he's urging President Akufo Addo not to let off the pedal on his vindictiveness. He should go hard like a supersonic jet, hard!!!.
