  At times it is difficult to understand politicians, the scheme is overstaff leading to uncontrollable administrative cost which way above 60% of NHIA inflows. We taught the new CEO will look at how to bring down the administrative expenses rather he has resulted in employing more people whilst the minister is pleading for financial suport from doners. Shameful act from shameless politicians.

  The NPP is laying the foundation to steal from Ghana and here is my proof. Every government since the first republic have used scare mongering to lay foundations for stealing. J.J. Rawlings accused previous governments of being corrupt. In the end he, J. J. Rawlings, his family, cronies and party stole money far and wide and became rich not on their government salaries and perks.
  John Kufour came into office and by accusing the Rawlings era of abuses; Kufour and his men could not help but steal. Kufour and his bunch stole the nation blind with Kufour having investments in any and all things including the Kufour mall otherwise known as Accra Mall.
  The Atta-Mills/ Mahama express accused Kufour of every ill and in the end allowed the inner circle including Mahama's brother to have a go at raiding Ghana of money and other assets.
  This Akufo-Addo administration is not only following the tradition of blame and steal; its worse. This new refinance deal drawn up Dr. Bawumia and Ken Ofori-Atta is classic. To save Ghana money is the claim and yet the newly agreed loan interest rate of 19% is not relative to current money market rates but relative to the Mahama era loan rate. And who happens to be making the profits between the current money market rates and the 19% being offered? A company with Ken Ofi-Atta's name written all over it. Now Kwaku Agyeman-Manu is claiming NHIS is on its death-bed. The saviour that will come out of the HNIS ashes will be another NPP crony who will make money off the Nana administration while blaming problems on Mahama. Yesterday the NPP made the rounds that the Youth Employment Agency was in bad shape yet it takes a bunch of fools to believe the NPP crap making the rounds. The YEA is now staffed by a bunch of sorry excuses for university educated group. It has a Ghanaian trained lawyer as the CEO and a bunch of cronies as deputy CEO's and directors. Yet by all measure the public servants who occupied all those mid-management posts under previous management had masters level credentials; today we have a fanti with a first degree in sociology who has threatened his way into a post at the YEA. How could the NPP which claim to be
  intellectually superior replace Masters level folks at the YEA with lower level educated groundhogs who received their education from the very institutions of the previous staff with better qualifications? The fix is in and it is not because of Mahama but because it is time for the Ashanti/Eastern tribes to go on the looting exercises like all administrations before.
