  Management of the Bank must be vacariousely liable for the action of the Clerk, they must not left to the hook, the customers must bring an action against the management for failing to take notice of dis irregularities done by the clerk. They were supposed to properly supervised his work nd make sure his work is monitored on daily bases to ensure customers of the Bank are save of their hard earned money.

Stupid fool, then tell your wicked people not to fleece our nation of our meager resources, by staying out of corruption and thievery they will never taste or smell the odors of incarcerations. If they continue to steal, we shall continue to jail them. They're even lucky we are not revisiting their own revolutionary systems on them. After all good reputation transcends beyond a chunk of riches. No body is forcing you to be rich at all cost even if should be at the expense of else.
