  First and foremost, has the prosecution established whether Jihad is qualified to legally work in Ghana. If so what were the determination for granting him a visa to work in Ghana. Does he have any criminal record. It's about time our prosecutors do a comprehensive job instead of the easy touch and go 'goat and chicken' cases. We are watching this case closely

  This case is more than two month now still never get head, postponing it always hmm the whole world is watching if truly the law in Ghana works.the end is what matters we are all waiting

  The case before us now is crystal clear. Yet lawyers are trying very hard very hard indeed to find a loophole so that the culprit can be set free. I am praying that some of these lawyers face similar cases in the course of their lives and their language would change. when it is someone's case, they could not care less, when it affects them their language is different.
