Based on the Draft Recommendations of the Prof. Kwesi Botchwey Committee, the NEC of NDC has reached consensus to award SCHOLARSHIPS to the National Executives of the Party to pursue Economics Programme at the University from BSc to PhD level.

In order to effectively counter our Tormentors such as Dr. Bawumia, Dr. Osei Akoto, Dr. Osei Asibey etc. of the NPP, there is an urgent need to upgrade the economic-thinking-capabilities of our Party Executives.

We lost the 2016 general election because the NPP changed the dynamics of the Political Discussion from Raw Propaganda to Economic Based Analysis.

The grassroots of the Party have stated that the likes of Portuphy, Koku, Mosquito, biology teacher Kofi Adams, etc are not the best economic materials to face Dr. Bawumia.

the NDC anti business stance n policies even to its own sympathizers in the business world whom they stingily n selfishly abandoned is another,. and more importantly the reckless actions like bus branding with the portrait of the president when he was contesting was equally thoughtless....and a host of other unforgiving scandals relating to Sada, woyome, etc was simply unpardonable...
the president himself appeared to be at sea and uninspiring on a number of issues particularly his silent , apathy n apparent ignorance towards the issues of the very great potential of agriculture to not only alleviate poverty but speedily help create wealth and industrialised our country through its varied value chain creating countless thousands of jobs for our literate n illiterates ppl nationwide particularly our cousins from up north and the others as well....
the other issue where fmr president mahama appear ignorant n uninspiring is his lack of understanding of what we should be doing with excess power to which he always n disappointingly reply to export...!!! export power when there are teeming thousands of jobless youths roaming our towns n cities n when we need to industrialised by adding value to our primary commodities... Power too we want to export under mahama., haaba ..that further, shows his serious dearth of understanding n commitment to as a matter of urgency tackle those issues...the fmr prez did not in my view showed that appreciation bcos he rather focus largely on pedestrian issues n pranks when he should seriously n consistently be articulating his vision n plans on every given platform but ..it is rather most often ..ede bii keke...opana...n other such irritating n stale jokes.....
