    some people are so heartless but I dnt blame them much all because of high illiteracy rate in Ghana.it's about time we make changes where one will work and still learn to get at least high school certificate

    The dire consequences of breaking down of the family and poverty is the cause. If she could not get Gh20 to pay the midwife how was going to fend for herself and new born?
