    I totally agree with you. Such stupidity. And he was even a deputy director of the Savanna Agricultural Research Institute, one of 13 research institutes under the CSIR.

    AN EDUCATED, WHO ONCE SO CALLED DEPUTY DIRECTOR AT CSIR AND FOR HIM TO MAKE SUCH AN IRRATIONAL APPEAL CLEARLY TESTIFIES WHY GHANA CONTINUES TO BE ECONOMIC BACKWARD, UNDERDEVELOPED AND EXTREME POOR.
