When previous govt with the liar given a post of deputy Minister making the most noise that he is powerful and excellemt Minister of education. Look at the mess he has left behind. This is not NPP fault but a failed Minister of Education and her deputy failed policy of not ensuring that all primary schools have a purposeful classroom with tables and chairs.
