There already exists a Cotton Development Authority. It needs funding to do its work. The process to establish a Shea Board has advanced significantly and upheld in the NPP Manifesto. Prince Hardi Adams doesnt know his left from he right but goes around organising press conferences talking foolish things. The media should just stop profiling him.
