Why Jinapor behaving as ancient hypocrite. I'm surprised as a formal deputy minister he is infusing our minds with his antiquated submissions. When there is a problem u look to the source and deal with it. So he should stop blaming a abronye and co. for trying to recover stolen state apparatus. If they(NDC) were honest honest to Ghanaians and adhered to the orders of the ex-incompent president mahatma not to buy or steal any state vehicle, we wouldn't have gotten to where we are. Your unscrupulous desire to satisfy your personal insatiable wants has lead to Abronye and the rest being tasked to retrieve stolen cars. Keep quiet and suffer the consequences of your misdeeds.
