When the then NDC government was borrowing money to improve the urgently needed infrastructure, this man's party, led by the useless economics theorist Bawumia condemned the NDC government. Since when had it dawned on the NPP that there's a massive infrastructure deficit that needed to be resolved? Hopefully, they won't resort to borrowing but rather close all the bottlenecks and eliminate corruption and lo and behold $2 billion would land in their lap. Welcome to the real world. Deceit can win you power, but you can't meet expectations with deceit. Liars in power.
