  Kojo Oppong Nkrumah is very funny. So you wanted the drivers to wait till ECOWAS negotiations end before they increase transport fares.
  
  I see that the tax cuts could make other importers in the sub region use Ghana as transit point to avoid paying heavy taxes in their home regions, all things being equal.
