The disabled are also part of the country and do pay taxes. It's our ignorance and our deliberate attempt to having them out of our daily activities... If just disabled people are in the 216 MMDCEs, why not give it to them? ...

If just disabled people are in the 216 MMDCEs, why not give it to them? This will become history and this gov't will be recognized for such move.. They are humans and they constitute about 17% of our population.
