It's a good reminder for Ministers and other Govt officials who misuse the sirens for purposes of avoiding traffic and ending up rather worsening an already bad situation. Theses people should take heed for the law doesn't respect any official who infringe on it. Note the officials listed as being exempted from this law and comply.

There is a particular Immigration Officer who uses the Tetteh-Quarshie-Aburi road every. He uses a green-coloured Mitsubishi Pajero. You should arrest him first. He has been abusing the siren since his mother was born.

But it is not just abuse of sirens. I am also worried about the gross disrespect of other road users by, particular, dirvers of V8 vehicles who put on headlamps and trafic indicator lights and forcing their way through traffic.
This phenomenon is also very common on highways.
