My friend, don't tell lies. Go and read the letter from the Human Resource Unit of the Health Ministry. The cost was increased every year and the painful aspect of this was that you also had pay for interview fee of GH¢200 or more, a practice that never happened before the NDC came to power. Some of us lived under Mahama's Ghana and it is no wonder he was humiliated in the election. Indeed change has come.
