  The debts of VRA and GRIDCO and ECG itself is because of ECG. They have been quiet because they were busy "milking "the company. Now that that is going to stop, they are coming up with all sorts of huhudious arguments. If they know what to do right, they should do it now and render the compact unnecessary. What are they waiting for??? If it is privatized, government will pay its bills or stay in the dark.

  I was not expecting to hear this in NPP government, I thought NPP put all the blame on NDC for privatising ECG? Even my brother voted against NDC for privation of ECG so what are we hearing again.

  It is fools who will sell they power to foreigners.Both water and power should not be sold.This two precious commodities should be protected.It happen in Canada when it primer sold it electricity to private company and many companies has moved to other countries and domestic power users cannot pay their bills how pathetic is that.Ghanaians don't allow any stupid government to sell your own power to somebody.If the people like they should come and built power plants and sell power to Ghanaians.
