Dr Kwabena Donkor, where were you and NDC when Allotey Jacobs was sponsored to Dallas last year (in his capacity as Board Chairman of ECG) by the very US company they were negotiating some refund issues with. During that trip, Allotey Jacobs was arrested and briefly detained for money laundering at the airport in London. Sammy Awuku announced this on Facebook but Allotey Jacobs denied it and threatened that he would sue Sammy Awuku in court immediately he returns to Ghana. About one year on, now, Allotey Jacobs HAS NOT sued.
There is nothing wrong with AMERI sponsoring Addison Committee's trip to Dubai.
Even the World Bank is backing Ghana to renegotiate the stinking and fraudulent AMERI deal. NDC can go to hell. The deal will either be renegotiated or abrogated. Period. NDC can have their say, but NPP government will have its way on renegotiating this AMERI deal.

Yes, not all the money is earmarked for the project. NDC will be exposed for the kickbacks they got from Ameri. That's why both Ameri and NDC will be reluctant in renegatiating the deal.

If the current administration wants to renegotiate they can by all means do so and prosecute offenders if they can prove any fraud. The politics is getting too much.
