Please don't think that we're capable of doing any wonders in WC-2018 in Russia because our coaches lack knowledge in modern techniques. We're not there yet.

look at the positives. u have to remmebr that success is not achieved overnight. it takes hard work. gh only started going to the wcup in 2006. after all the yrs of playing soccer as a nation. our first wcup appearance was in 2006. did we win? no...our aim was to make the dance and we could care less how we performed. now, a gh has been given the chance to qualify gh to wcup? and we think he is going ther to win the whole damn tournament? aa never played at a wcup. that wcup in brasi was his first. remember, he wasnt even on the team in 2006 to have experienced the pressure and media attention at that wcup so aa himself was under so much rpessure to perform as a rookie coach. oh poor aa. i feel sorry for him and u had all these ndc devils and gfa devils who just wanted to line their pockets. so aa was caught in between fire and disaster....the guy eventually had to break down becos the pressure overwhelmed him. yet still, he still managed to draw with eventual winners germany, u know amidst all this pressure. so u see, if always helps to give people a chance ans sometimes the first attempt alone is not even enough. aa is one of ours and im sure he has the best intentions in mind and wants to mae history just like his predecessor coaches. so until u have exhausted his chances, dont knock the guy. look at the experience level of coaches aa had to compete against in brasil? aa was by far the most under-qualified, underpaid but look at the performance he put up against mighty germany? and we saw what germany did to brasil, at home...u think avram grant or any imported canned food coach could have performed better against germany? i dont think so....

From now on we are going local(do it yourself) This will give confidence to the kids, soon we shall produce quality coaches for foreign markets.
We must identify players with leadership skills and encourage them to take coaching courses(I like Dede, Suley, Gyan, Stephen Appiah, etc.) They can be good coaches if groomed for the job
