If we have this more power given to the NRSC that would alleviate the pressure on the ploice service.

Looking at the state of our roads, in this country, the drivers are even magicians to be able to drive safely on these killer roads.
how does the government intend to correct the so called human Errors , sometime tell you that the successive governments and their appointees are the real incompetents.
head-on -collusions are the major cause of accident in this country, why the government is not blaming herself for constructing a killer road to kill her citizens , but always put the blame on the innocent poor motorist who is even managing so hard on these killer roads ?
how many government trained drivers had got accident in this country ? and why should such drivers involve in Accidents ? tells you there is some very important issue missing in the thinking of how roads are safely constructed in this country.
you will always do things against the innocent drivers just to safe your shameful face to protect your jobs but the truth is that - the corrupt practices in diverting funds to construct a good , safety and better roads are the cause of accidents in this country.
to me it is very irritating to the intel of the masses just to sell them to those good for nothing NRSC to disturb and waste motorist time just to enrich themself by using such bogus thing called laws to put fear in the people, meanwhile the actual cause has left off the intellectual table .
i want to say that government should stop putting fear in the people because it gives the police and the NRSC on deserve powers to behave like monsters, and hire an international road expects to define safety roads for better constructions.
were we all not in this country when seatbelt became a mining field for the MTTDs, as the real cause of accident , after it enforcement had the accidents stops happening ?
somebody had just use it to safe his/her shameful face to protect his job , enrich himself and gone.
now somebody has also come make some stupid laws, safe his shameful face, protect his job, enrich himself and leave the actual cause of the problem under carpet to remain unsolved.

15yrs cars in europe is more stronger than 2yrs brand new car in ghana, so it doesnt make any sense to put such a cap for penalty, besides a lot of cars in the country are very old, since we dont manufacture cars in the country it is better to extend the overaged cap from 10yrs to 15yrs that will allow the average car in our roads lttle bit strong and new, because the cars under 10yrs are very expensive for an average man to buy
