At end of the day, financial incentives can be used to motivate the players; whilst the team will still have surplus to reinvest in the team. I am not racist but common sense must be applied. Can someone name me any African coach in western top flight football affairs. Come on, we have to be proud of our own and stop these economic manipulations.
