    Mahama's government increased it before it left office.This government cannot claim any credit for the increase.This government has been forced to reverse its decision not to pay the increase.It is afraid of the backlash.

    The letter has no signature and the date is wrong. Thursday is 30th and not 29th March. It's either the latter is false, or if is authentic, then the one who released it did not check to write the correct date.
