    Is Sir John qualify to work at the Central Bank not to talk of heading that institution? Central Bank is for the academia and technocrats, not jx politicians

    Joy was your head in the sand??? read his work experience before talking about his qualification. Work experience count alot in Developed countries but in Ghana you only talk shit about only certificates.
