I cannot understand these critics. This man cannot pay himself whatever salaries he wants. COCOBOB have a board of directors who would be responsible for approving the salary and benefits of the
Chief Executive. So, do not blame him but blame the board. And another thing.... the fact his salary was more than that taken by John Mahama is no case at all.
The problem in Ghana with public appointments is that Government or ministers appoint chief executives to the public agencies or institutions as well as members of Board of directors. This means both the chief executive and the boards are accountable to the person who appointed them.
For the Chief Executive to be properly accountable to the Board, it should be the board who appoints the chief executives.

The farmers who are at the base of the value chain are the worst off.
You have people of Opunis type who do next just to do cocoa syndication a straight forward assignment year in year out.
He should name any 2 innovative product which he has introduced.
Shame on these wicked vampires

I do not think a Salary of GH 70,000 - 75,000 pay is in the neighborhood but, rather in the "alienhood" or Shylock's hood. Anyway.
