  Ghana can not afford to allow these vigilante groups to exist. They constitute breeding grounds for future problems in the country.

  Is absolutely wrong for anybody to constitute a group of young men for ant personal security reason apart from the national one, not to mention a ruling government. What security do they need that the state security can't provide. Hence, those invisible forces should be disbanded.
