It's all about banks and they are not even heavily capitalized to support any development. Just petty loans to traders and this cannot help develop Ghana.

You can't promise the electorates that your govt will build 216 new factories then the next day you come and tell us that private entrepreneurs should do that.How is the bank going to support the private entrepreneurs if they don't have the Financial muscle?Don't worry be happy.
