If it is cancer he has to find a very good health insurance so prison is the best bet, everything will be free in a high tech hospital. Hating all of their fellow Blacks worldwide, they will blame the "chief" for being one of those that helped sell their ancestors into slavery!? Then the 'chief' will suffer his whole stay in prison. So 2 years will feel like 20 years!
Africans do it to yourselves, calling all Black Americans "akata". So at times, it boomerangs back on such people and you pay a steep

When the Authorities come ringing the bell they jump ship to Ghana to become crooked chiefs/thieves imposing their will on the vulnerable and acting like their sh^^t doesn't smell not knowing all along their crimes are awaiting them because they will need help or they would have to cross path with these Countries and the people they screwed prior.
