The minister cautining the girl child to be wary of those wolves out there as men in ensuring the promotion of their health and safety should not attract such empty hulabaloo in any civilizes community
Although l will detest victims of sexual assaults be blamed to compketely invite the wolves, we must encourage that men take responsibilities for their sexual egos or sexual bravado
But of course tge girl child should and must be protected at all cost
This should involve giving tgem words of wisdom about public presentation and clothing sense

The gender Minister did no wrong. I have had problems with so called gender advocates on their narrow views on issues to do with abuse of women or girls. When the police warn people not to keep basic precautions against theft and arm robbery, does it mean they support the actions of the criminals? As a gender Minister she decided to counsel young ladies in schools to take precautionary measures in reducing the incidences of rape. Just compare the reported incidences of rape in Arab or Islamic nations to that of the free world. After all it's better she's advising ladies not signing petitions for young men to rape the Chief Justice of Ghana or maltreating her deputy as a so called gender activist once did.

What the Minister said is perfectly right. We don't want to face the reality. We have throw our moralities away. The Adult who goes half-naked would tempt someone who can not rape her. But would pounce on a little innocent girl to satisfy his lust that have been ignited by the shamefully half-naked dressed woman. David from his rooftop saw a married woman naked in her bathhouse that had no roof. The man after God's own heart could not control his lust - the end result was adultery and murder. Our women of today should be decent and stop hiding behind modernism.
