AUTHOR: SAFOA -------- There were campaign T-shirts and scarves with Lordina's portraits . Even the campaign song onaapo had Lordina mentioned in it. On voting day people went looking for Lordina on the ballot to vote for her and once she was not on it they went back home without casting their vote. Lordina should contest the next election . Bogus campaign with bogus campaign managers

Nana Addo might be one of the best leaders Ghana might have but if he fails to tell and put these useless fools to justice, his courageous start will disarray very soon.

Mr Speaker, please focus on your core mandate of enacting effective laws that will help curb the activities militants and vigilante groups affiliated to the ruling gov't as well as the galamsey menace. These are matters that must be addressed urgently since they bother on peace and security of the nation and also stifle development, not the history of Ghana that you are attempting to rewrite. Ebi history wey we go chop?

The president spent a lot of money to train the groups. Trainers from south africa did a great job. Who are u to ask the president to destroy his own handiwork.

The silence of President Akufo-Addo on the behavior of his supporting Vigilante Groups is deafening. He is risking the Public citing such silence as a characteristic of his that led to the persistence of similar hooliganism in the NPP before the Elections. It is such lack of leadership caution to the hooligans that led to the assaults on Afoko and Kwabena Agyepong and, eventually, to the murder of Chairman Adams.
There is an Akan proverb that says: "Opanin due mante, mante" which could translate as: 'an elder in a group bears the responsibility to follow up issues for peaceful resolution.' If he or she ignores the persistent signals, hue and cry, and other tell-tale signs of ongoing chaos, he would have to blame himself or herself for any harm that results from it.
Many of us criticized the then candidate and flagbearer of NPP, Nana Akufo-Addo for not showing enough concern for the ongoing violence by the vigilante groups associated with his campaign. And now, even as the President, the continued violence and other forms of misbehavior by the same groups are not attracting his attention either. That would bite into his success as our President, if not changed.
He must firmly call these groups to order before the worst occurs.
