From 2009 to 2016 and Ghana's debt has increased by 250% to $ 28.0 Billion - in just 8years under NDC - and Haruna Iddrisu is touting this as NDC achievement. What if foreigners are captured on the data base while someone else is cashing in. Please double check and stop being naive about this. Hello, you are dealing with the Mahama led ndc.
