Much as It is clear to see that Asabea and his team are willing to contribute to the development of football in the UE/R,i don't think its right to demand GHS 10,000 from the district assemblies.Apart from Bawku Municipal and Bolga Municipal.I doubt if the rest can generate such an amount. They may be saddled with other priorities also. Why not extend your appeal for funds to reach the likes of Muntari, wakaso, Gyan and others plying their trade in Europe?

It is incredigly shameful to see a Regional Sports Stadia being abandoned at this magnitude. When it comes to booklong,Ghahaians are counted to be one of them, but it is quite surprising, they cannot configure anything into practicality.Wy should this facility be left to ruin as if there are no responsible sports enthusiasts in the Region. We must learn from the Whiteman, if we want to develop our country it is not rhetory but acton.eg, in the city where I live in Germany is a district centre, but their sports studia is bugger than our own Accra Sports Stadium with up to date amenities where any International matches can be staged there. Please,If we are not up to their standards we must not sit down sheepishly to allow certain facilities like the Regional Stadiun to turn into donghill of donkeys.
