    1. What is happening in Ghana is TRIBALISM, not ethnocentrism. If you don't know the difference, google the two words. 2. If this dangerous trend continues unchecked, there may be trouble ahead.

    Mr Osei did not say you should stop being an Ewe, Ashanti, Gurunsi name it.

    He only said that where a person of one tribe will give positions/jobs to ONLY people of his own tribe is dangerous.
