  No it is it weak supervision.
  So Baba Jamal come again with better particulars. You said the process to dismiss personnel of the civil service is difficult right? And how many people did Mahama and the NDC pack the civil service with after he lost heavily before leaving office on January 7th?
  So go back and come with a better argument so we can debate the issues intelligently instead of this weak supervision rhetoric.

  Supervision indeed. Don't u know in the end the Supervisors would be bribed. If judges could be bribed with common waakye and aponkye nkrakra, what do expect of supervisors.

  I'm glad that reasonable minds are now coming to understand the logic behind the President's seemingly high number of ministers.
  
  We have a serious financial leakage in our system, hence losing billions of cedis annually to thieves and predetors, due to lack of adequate monitoring and supervision. These leakages which have existed for a long time can only be closed with men and women who share the President's vision for a prosperous Ghana.
  
  The President will surely be vindicated when Ghanaians see our revenues rising, even with tax cuts. The cost of the ministers would be a drop in the bucket when our revenues are protected from theft, and our resources managed properly.
