If this problem of open defacation is not solved with the help of the government who will solve them? Our estate laws even make it harder to solve these problems because most of the people who built these houses are dead and those normally taken over by the next of kin which sometimes happened to be a whole family of large numbers of siblings without anyone in particular having the right to solely take responsibility in terms of maintenance and renovations that's why every house in our rural areas and small communities are always left in the state of dilapidation. Go to Chorkor, Teshie, James Town and other coastal communities even in the so called Accra and you will be astonished to see how prevalent this is. So the average Ghanaian cannot diagnose the basic problems in our communities? And ignorantly begins to spew balderdash against the competent government's efforts to solve their basic problems. Oh my people, Indeed Africa is in trouble because we fail to sit down quietly and analyze the basic needs of our folks. Bet me most these people who are hiding under pseudonyms to criticize these basic development are people who were in the leadership position under the DEFUNCT PNDC/NDC governments. We know them.

You think about how stupid this was, Guys like Arku Gunn, Allistor Nelson, Bobby Ansah Kwasi Pratt and many others were attached to the pay roll of the Ministry of information, they can come out and challenge me on this claim. Akua Donkor, John Dumelo, Mr Beautiful, Tracie Boakye and others were paid unofficially and were also given Land Cruiser cars, houses and hefty fringe benefits for doing nothing in particular for Ghana, what a stupidity?

Let me explain things at a level most political party pundits and the educated but ignorant folks can understand. If 90 percent of Mahama's appointees to MCE/DCE, Director Generals, Agency CEO's, ministerial ministers, Ambassadors and MP's had done their jobs just spending government money to complete projects and taken care of Ghanaians instead of stealing, there would have been satisfied voters at all regional districts to vote the NDC ticket even for those who hated NDC with passaion. Guess what Naabu there is no amount of foolishness and stealing by the ex-president that could have lead to the NDC massive defeat if all you clowns had been busy doing the people's work instead of stealing and building castles for your side chicks.
