The players who play abroad have no respect for Kwesi Appiah. There needs to be respect and reverence for a from Brazil will still prevail if Kwesi Appiah is given the job. Desailly has the technical know-how to read games and effectuate necessary changes. Besides that, the boys revere him for his accomplishments. This will help the morale of the team because the boys will be dealing with someone who has the shoes at world cup level. Dessailly will be the Zedan for the Black Stars. Thank you for choosing him.

Appiah was apprenticed for over 6yrs amd sent to holland,.man city, liverpool etc for coaching training. Has sellas benefitted from any external coaching tutorials? No...but look at his accomplishments. Sellas discovered most of these current bstar players. Instead of promoting him. GFA wants to keep him at u20. Can't gfa allow konadu to apprentice under sellas and then promote sellas? Instead, they promote konadu andnsemt sellas to sierra Leone. To.do what? GFA engages in tribal appointments so bstar will always suffer.

He always takes bribes from players to field them when he knows they are not ripe for tournaments and crucial matches. I have nothing against aa. I mean how do u take such an experienced player like essien to wcup and not use him? This is a player so many teams at the wcup wished they had u know. Bcos of ego u benched essien. It takes a manager who doesn't care to lose good players for the sake of DISCIPLINE..... If he begged Abedi Pele's sons to play bcos they got angry and resigned, he has to straighten up if he wants to be a GREAT coach. I love him as a nice coach, but if he wants to GO FAR, he has to be ready to part ways with INSURBODINATE & STUBBORN players. They ve to know that yu don't tolerate nonsense, and that yu can fire them if they misbehave. I pray if he's appointed, he learns to be tough. Period !

  The only reason he has been short listed is because he's a Ghanaian. The other reason maybe that we have given up on qualifying for the next World Cup so gfa doesn't wanna waste money on qualified coaches. AA doesn't cut it!!
