A kingdom of man without laws is animal kingdom. Its time the laws of the land works. Lawlessness is the reason why most of these accidents happens both on the roads and at work places. I believe this was negligience. Whoever is responsible for the management of that park has to answer to Ghanaian s that they didn't see the tree pose a hazard and that people should not be allow to swim in the falls whenever is raining? I guess there was no safety guidelines.

Mr. Regional Minister, we need effective weather forecasting system in the region and in the various local communities to provide advance warning signals to the people ahead of major rains, storms, high winds that cause trees to fall and limbs of trees breaking off. I doubt if we have such weather stations in the regions and the districts. Use your good office to ensure the implementation of effective weather stations all across the nation. This is a wake-up call to all of us. There's nothing spiritual about this. Mother nature at work. We need to be alert and take the necessary precautionary measures to avert such catastrophes.
