I have worked in blue chip companies as a procurement professional... and that tool can only be used for low level sourcing (because of the complexity in the evaluation of the tenders which can only be administered by humans -too many docs to upload on the system not possible uk cannot even do it how much ghana) not the kind of sourcing that will make an impact to the national coffers.

Local content, ehs are yet to come... most importantly how does this system evaluate the documents??? So for e.g. If we need to tender for fixed wings can the system read the questions and answers provided? And oh blue chip companies in the uk and now ghana wei. I've had meeting with heads of procurement on this same matter and have already advised them that it can only be done for low level procurement

Now the cedi keep depreciating, you have extended the Imf programme you condemned, fuel prices are up, food prices are up, nurses have not been posted, service personnel wages have not been paid, teachers are crying for their wages school feeding programme is collapsing, NHIS is now collapsing under npp. Instead the president is always on social media because he never thought of becoming a president so the dwarf is so happy that he is rewarding every goat with a position in the party We will vote him out in 2020. Theres a news that Nana Akufu Addo and Kenedy Agyapong hired the most dangerous criminal from northern region to come to Accra to assasinate souls. That criminal has a nick name called Bullet. Bullet is the high time the most notorious criminal,whose are training young men how to robb. Bullet moved from Tamale to Accra when Npp won the elections,Bullet claimed that he is an Npp surpporter but he is not surpporting any political party he just uses that to decieved people. Bullet went and settled in Konkomba market knowns as Sodom and Gomorrah and said he is now a leader there. Bullet created the most powerful criminality gheto at his palace at Sodom and Gomorrah slumps area about 100 followers. Bullet stole tv sets,mobile phnes,monies,marking every structures red pain telling community to come and pay him 300 cedis each if anyone refuses the person dies. Bullet also rapping young girls there,children fears to go to School because of that criminal Bullet. Bullet bought guns for his boys but they normal hides the guns in the day time. Before the NPP start the rescue mission trust me , you are going to see your party' functionaries, former ministers, their deputies and all the babies with sharp teeth troop in to the Nsawam, Akuse and ussher fort prisons to serve their various sentences for looting and sharing Ghanaians money inlawfully, dissipating public properties recklessly, aiding and abetting with the aim of sabotaging the economy of Ghana and those who intentionally did with the aim of causing financial losses to Ghana. The NPP will get rid of the bad nuts and then start the rebuilding of the country with the innocent, law abiding citizens who are committed to the progress and the welfare of the ordinary Ghanaian. Trust me, the NPP party hierarchy is not as stupid as you think they are all learned men with intergrity and wisdom so for heaven sake do not compare them with your palm tapper general secretary, your Anyidohos, kofi Adams and host of your so called educated illiterates.
