I agreed with you on some of your points...sometime we only give help to assault victims. .. forgetting that the offenders need some psychologically help or treatments ...in the states ,cause finding is conducted ....if alcohol or drugs are involved, the ofender is make to take random testing...and put on probation...most likely some anger management classes...if not treated ,another victim is surely guarantee ...this aggressive pattern becomes worst if not treated ..i do hope ,Ghana department of correction take steps in helping offenders too but not just throwing them behind bars ....
