    The problem is they print the same recipient so the money doesn't go to government coffers. Thats the problem

    Building railways from South to North would give these girls the opportunity the need in life to survive. Free SHS education could turn things around and these girls would end up in meaningful job rather than being Kayakaya.

    What about pure water sellers and other petty things sellers. Scraping of levies should be fair to all doing comparable jobs.
