  According to a story attributed to the NDC MP for Asunafo South district, the NPP plagiarized the NDC’s 2016 budget. In his statement " Paragraph 273 of the 2017 budget says principally that the government has allocated GH¢2.04 million for the procurement of five million improved coffee planting seedlings for free distribution to coffee farmers while in the 2016 budget, paragraph 405 also talked about government allocating GH¢2.0 million for the procurement of two million improved coffee planting seedlings for free distribution to coffee farmers."
  Now divide NPP's GHC2.04 Million by 5 million seedlings and the answer is GHC 0.40 per coffee seedling. Then divide NDC's GHC 2,0 Million by 2 Million seedlings and the answer is GHC 1.00 per coffee seedling. Now the question is, Who is stealing from who. I don't really know the university that trained these NDC guys. Universities in Ghana are indeed useless.

  There is the claim that State properties handed down by your Party to the in-coming Party cannot be traced and as a key member of the previous administration, instead of being worried and making all efforts to assist to unravel that mystery since it is an indictment on the integrity of your administration, all that Dr. Apaak can say is that the new administration is only diverting attention?
  My Builsa friend, please wizen up and tell us something better. We are here talking about missen state property and not property for the NDC or the NPP. The State cannot find money to buy to replace the over 200 missen or stolen vehicles. If, indeed you a Patriot, that should not be the response to come from you, please.
  Me-think, you should rather prove Osafo Marfo wrong , or help him fish out where those vehicles are for they belong to the State of Ghana and not individuals.

  It's an old trick. If we tell the pubic that they have stolen cars so we are chasing them to retrieve it, then I can quickly thief one or two cars myself and blame it on them and no one will know. That is what those invisible ...

That is what those invisible force members did. They are the ones who have stolen many of these cars and I am surprise national security is not searching their houses too. If these NPP hooligans can seize toll booths and thief collected tolls, then an intelligent and objective Ghanaian should ask him or herself if they can't do the same to cars. They are now even armed robbers in town. Shame to our vampire president
