Minister was not at Okwapenman SHS when/ where the President outdoored the policy. What are they really talking about?. Will there be free SHS or , 'if GES is cleaned up, there will be free SHS' ? Tell us . Free fees, free food, free water, free electricity,free exams, free materials, free computer, free toilet, free brooms, free detoll, free sandals, free dormitories, free pampers, free food, free food, free food, free food for all SHS students in Ghana ( including day students) free water, free ,free, free A4 paper etc,etc all over Ghana ???. Hmm, massa ! And the population rate- 3.9.% !!! ( my own projection). Then 1dam: 1 village bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla. Then, 110 human- Ghanaian ministers ? Then reduction of taxes!!!???. Then, Minister for Moslem Zongos, minister for Christian Salem's and Bethels, Then minister for procurement, minister for teenage pregnancy, minister for suicides, minister for dog chain sellers, minister for Aboso Okai, minister for Kumasi magazine, minister for Civic center Ho, plus a seniorest minister for Buying and selling an ooh, sorry, minister for trees !!!.
