What do you mean by properly commissioned. Moron. Where were you when the project commenced you Buffon. If you are that patron that you want to claim your concerns would have been raised at the onset of the project so that the consultant and contractor would look at your argument and see the wisdom in your ugly coconut. Tell your paymaster everything is in order and Nana will never recommission the project to claim credit where does not deserve anything. The design and the funds for the construction of the Pokoase and the Obestebi Lamptey interchanges have been secured by President Mahama. Go look at the design and give your recommendation you idiot and tell us what is wr9ng with so we will believe your engineering prowess. You fool.

Some of advocated against open gutters long before the construction was begun. But since folks in charge of our infrastructural developments don't care about the quality of our lives and our environment as much as how to fill their pockets with our stolen money, they never cared to take us seriously.
No country that still prefers open gutters to dominate its drainage systems attains the developmental Middle-Income status even if the fiscal stats suggest so.
Such status reflects more the overall development or advancement of the country involved rather than just the revenue it generates.
Until we resort to strict implementation of policies that ensure qualities reflective of real modern development, we cannot claim to be that developed. It would be a self-deceptive assertion. An illusion.
We have to make it a national priority to begin building subterranean culverts to drain our towns and cities and Airports and major highways.
It is only with a comprehensive nationwide systems of subterranean drainage and modern wastewater plants, supported by rigorous recycling infrastructure, that Ghana would be spared the calamities of flooded cities and perpetual filth.
Long Live Ghana!!!

The place has become a refuse dump just because enough spaces and dustbins have been provided. Landscaping meant to prevent erosion and beautification have been walked upon and cant even grow.
We need change our behaviour and all this flooding thin will be minimised.

BEEN TO DUBAI AND SEEN WHAT THEY HAVE THERE, MAY BE NO. SO WE DON'T HAVE TO DESCRIBE CIRCLE AS DUBAI. CIRCLE INTERCHANGE CANNOT COMPARE WITH MOST OF THE "MAGICAL" EDIFICES THAT ARE IN OIL-RICH DUBAI TODAY. THERE ARE TOO MANY RICH GHANAIAN NAMES THAT WE COULD USE WITHOUT NEEDLESSLY BORRROWING FOREIGN NAMES. OTHERWISE, THE OVERPASS IN KASOA COULD SOON BE CALLED HONGKONG, WHEN IN ACTUAL FACT IT IS AN ORDINARY OVERHEAD STREET OR BRIDGE. ANY WAY, OUR DUBAL THING WAS COMMISSIONED WHEN IT WAS HALF-WAY INTO CONSTRUCTION. JOHN MAHAMA COMMISSIONED SEVERAL OTHER COSTLY PROJECTS LONG BEFORE THEY COMPLETED, IN SOME CASES NOT COMPLETED AT ALL JSUT SO HE COULD PHOTOSHOP THEM IN HIS OBNOXIOUS AND GROSSLY DECEPTIVE AND FLAWED GREEN BOOK. GOVT SHOULD ORDER A RE-EXAMINATION OF ALL SUCH PROJECTS BEFORE THEY ALL BEGIN TO CRUMBLE OVER OUR HEADS. GOOD BYE JOHN MAHAMA..OOO IDE BEE KEKE.....ONAAPO!

I think there was a certain anxiety to rush the completion of the Project before the Elections. Its completion might have been scheduled to influence voters appreciation of the former President to have him retained at post.
Unfortunately, it is the quality of work that has suffered, posing many dangers to the duration of the infrastructure and even the lives of people.
It is imperative, therefore, that the Project is re-evaluated with the proper integration of full EIA assessment and structural certification by appropriate independent experts.
