Thanks for your comment. You remind me of a case in a High Court at Koforidua where a land litigation involving a family and an individual has dragged over four years where for most time the individual would not come to court and the apparently good and fair minded Judge who would like to hear from the other side keeps postponing at an average of one month. Perhaps he has a lot on his hands but as a lay man I expected him to give judgement in favour of the plaintiff in the absence of the defendant in court for most time especially for the first five times the defendant refused to appear in court but this was not the case. Perhaps the learned Judge knows better and the plaintiffs having been hoping to get justice one day amidst financial constraints on them as they pursue justice. Travelling to Koforidua from Somanya is at a cost but they are still waiting. Be patient as the family is.

I disagree with the description of the lawyers given by the Judge. I think greedy and lack of ethics are the most appropriate descriptions for such category of lawyers.
