I thought they should have sacked Grant before AFCON. Since they did not do that, it is best to give Appiah a contract through the AFCON 2019. The condition should be that if he does not win AFCON that is it. Meanwhile there should be a technical advisory team made up of the likes of Desailly, Tanko and Otto Addo. Any of those three should be on deck if Appiah is not up to the task. This is not a good time to bring in someone who is new and trying to familiarize himself with the situation in Ghana. The practice should be to hire local with a technical back up team that can always step up to replace if necessary.

Ghana Sports is not for a particular group of people who think that is where they can also chop so has to dictate to the nation who is fit ,like Nii Lantey Vanderpuye almost collapsed that sector. Kwasi Appiah was able to send the guys and the nation to the world cup so will he do again by God's grace to shame those detractors.
