Mr Hanna perhaps IMF reviewing the monitoring and controlling processes of the budget assistance and making them better might help EU and Ghana but not a withdraw of it.

Why won't the EU withdraw its budget support to Ghana? When you have an empty budget with no serious effort to meet the IMF expectations and trying to play politics with everything, buy expensive cars to drive, and spend a cool amount of 20 billion old cedis on a useless venture like Ghana @ 60 why won't the EU withdraw it's support? You think they plug money from tree's? And all you do is waste their financial support on foolish things.

We don't need it. The country is tired of begging. They should have withdrawn it long ago. After all the money comes with too many attachments.
