    Mr Hanna perhaps IMF reviewing the monitoring and controlling processes of the budget assistance and making them better might help EU and Ghana but not a withdraw of it.

    We don't need it. The country is tired of begging. They should have withdrawn it long ago. After all the money comes with too many attachments.
