    Participants should be educated on keeping their body well hydrated, and also they should eat before the parade, otherwise, their sugar might drop and result in fainting spells.

    Our fathers did parades. And we continued. Even 31st anniversary parades which started from 7.00am to1.00pm. Then why are they falling in a 2hr parade. They lack proper discipline. I miss Red Light

    Yes they collapsed because the president was two hours late for the function. People havn't eaten for all this while till the program ended at two o'clock. What a wicked president.?
