No, we need to reserve it for thieving, corrupt politicians and thieving corrupt public officials. It's working tremendously, so fantastically in China and their economy is soaring like a rocket launched into space.
That is how you juice an economy to pivot towards rapid growth which in our circumstances, is bogged down by stealing, corruption and thievery by politicians and public officials.
It can be abolished for everybody but a special dispensation should be reserved for politicians and public officials because their corrupt, stealing and thieving acts is responsible for the deaths of taxpayers in the thousands annually.
Under no circumstances should it be abolished when there are corrupt, thieving and stealing politicians. Those are the ones who deserve the death penalty the most.
