In Ghana any thing is possible, but in a real democracy, an employer cannot sack an employee for putting on red attire, if that employer does not have a prescribed uniform.
Because TV3 does not prescribe uniforms, any employee may wear what they want, most important the wear must be 'decent' but the colour is irrelevant.
An exception may be made during special occassions, where the workers may be required to wear a particular type of attire, like suity, kente, local dresses etc.
Apart from that, the workers are free to wear any decent attire irrespective of the colour.
